I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. While the room, especially the bathroom, was smaller than expected, I found it comfy and well-equipped. The location, although a bit overpriced, was very convenient for the Venue Cymru, and the hotel had a surprisingly charming decor despite some dark and dingy areas. The dining experience had its moments, with varied and delicious options at times, though the limited choice was a bit disappointing.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with the possibility to upgrade to sea views. The service was friendly and accommodating, although food and wine choices were limited. The location is ideal, right on the seafront, close to shops and restaurants, but the dining experience could use improvement with more variety. Overall, a lovely stay with room for enhancement.
The hotel offers adequate facilities and services. The rooms were small and inconvenient for drying after a shower, but overall, our stay was enjoyable. The location provided great views but lacked a festive atmosphere. Dining was subpar with limited options. The staff, however, were delightful and attentive.
